When you use Raynemakr, we collect:
- Account information: Name, email address, company name, and payment details when you sign up
- Email account access: OAuth connection to your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account for sending outreach on your behalf
- Campaign data: ICP criteria, messaging preferences, prospect lists, email content, and conversation history
- Usage data: How you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, session duration
- Device information: Browser type, IP address, operating system (standard web analytics)
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the Service: Send outreach emails from your connected account, manage conversations, book meetings
- To improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and optimize performance
- To communicate with you: Send account notifications, billing information, and product updates
- To process payments: Manage subscriptions through our payment processor (Stripe)
3. What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
- We do not use your email content to train AI models for other customers
- We do not share your prospect lists or campaign data with anyone
- We do not read your emails beyond what's necessary to operate the Service (managing replies and conversations you've opted into)
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Payment processors: Stripe processes your payments. They have their own privacy policy
- Infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, email delivery, and database services necessary to operate the platform
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
5. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Email account access uses OAuth tokens — we never store your email password
- Payment information is processed by Stripe and never touches our servers
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication
- We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and campaign history for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. After that, data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your data
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to certain types of data processing
